Senior Consultant / Manager – Procurement & Supply Chain

Krish is growing, and we are looking for an experienced procurement and supply chain professional who wants more ownership, closer client relationships and the opportunity to help build something enduring.

As a Senior Consultant / Manager, you will lead substantial parts of client engagements across procurement and supply chain transformation. Depending on your experience, this may include category management, strategic sourcing, operating model design, cost optimisation, resilience, digital procurement and implementation.

You will work directly with senior client stakeholders and alongside Krish leadership to turn complex questions into clear decisions, practical action and measurable outcomes.

• Lead workstreams and, where appropriate, smaller engagements from problem definition through to implementation.
• Structure complex procurement and supply chain challenges, analyse data and translate insights into clear recommendations.
• Deliver work across category management, strategic sourcing, supplier management, procurement operating models, cost optimisation, resilience and digital procurement.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and facilitate workshops, working sessions and executive discussions.
• Develop high-quality deliverables that are clear, practical and ready to use.
• Coach and support junior team members, providing direction and quality assurance.
• Contribute to proposals, client development and the continued build-out of Krish methods, tools and intellectual property.

• Strong experience in procurement, supply chain or a closely related transformation environment, gained in consulting, industry or both.
• Demonstrated capability in one or more areas such as category management, strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, operating model design, supplier management, cost optimisation or digital procurement.
• Structured problem-solving and analytical skills, with the judgement to focus on what matters.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and communicating complex ideas simply.
• Experience leading workstreams or teams and taking accountability for delivery quality.
• A practical mindset and willingness to stay close to the detail while keeping sight of the broader outcome.
• Curiosity, humility and the confidence to challenge constructively.
